First injection — and success!

Postby SteveKub » Wed Mar 02, 2022 7:20 am

I had my first injection yesterday with my doctor. I’m on a bimix formula plus atropine. That’s convenient because I don’t need to refrigerate. The injection worked very well. Got hard within 8 minutes and stayed penetration hard for about 2 hours. I stayed stiff for about 3 hours total.

It’s exactly what I was hoping for. I hope it continues. I can already feel the anxiety and worrying about performance going away. Thanks, guys, for all the great info on this site. It convinced me to take the plunge.

Only wish I had taken this step sooner!
58 years old. ED for 12 years. Pills faded and then effectively stopped working about 2 years ago. Started with bimix, but recently switched to traditional trimix: 30 papaverine, 2 phentolamine, 0.2 atropine, and 5 mcg PGE. Usually inject about 10 units.

Wow congrats! I envious of your 3hr erection. lol Just wondering, was there a reason your doctor prescribed bimix over trimix? Also what is the shelf life for the bimix+atropine mix? It is great that you don't need to refrigerate it.

glad to hear your success. i also wished i started sooner. the injection erections are out of this world and yes, the performance anxiety is long gone. my first was a 4 hour and i spent 95% of that time enjoying it with the wife. would also like to know about the bi mix that does not have to be refrigerated. thats the only thing stopping me once we decide to travel.

I asked about why the bimix and he said it was mostly convenience because it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. He also said that some guys have a burning or ache with the PGE. Given my age and relative good health, he said he thought the bimix would work and was worth a shot to start. It definitely worked, and I’m happy about the non-refrigeration convenience.

I do have a small red dot at the injection site, but it’s nothing serious, and he said it should go away in a day or so.

How long does the bimix last before it expires?

It says 28 days on the vial, but my doctor says to ignore that and says that it will last at least 90 days.

Cool thanks for the info. I should ask about this next time I see my doctor.
