If I take 20mg cialis the night before, I use less trimix the next day. My URO said no problem with sildenafil or cialis and trimix.

I have many times. I use a 20 tab about a half hour before I shoot. Seem to firm up a little and makes it easier to find the target. Should note that I dont tolerate the viagra very well and have to stay at 20 or less. And yes I have reduced my injection amount alittle. Works well, I seem to last alittle longer and mybe alittle firmer..

I take .20 of viagra before my injection. Works just fine. My doctor said that was fine.

Same here. Usually I take 50 mg sildenafil but 20 would also make it. It is easier to shoot the injection when dick is bloated after a pill.

Same here fell on a bicycle crossbar at 10 yrs old and erections were never never quite the same. Took pde5s for about 15 years. Started at medium doses. They worked pretty good never great. Increased the dosage to max plus some to maintain erections. The side effects plus barrets forced me to seek another method, which were injections.. My urologist said that an implant was really the best solution for venous leak, but I just wasn't ready. My uro prescribed trimix 30-2-20 which worked good at 12 units but had increase to 20 uniits then after moving to europe had to switch caverject because trimix is almost impossibe to get. The strongest caverject dose is 20 mcg which isn't quite enough to hold an erection so I asked for sildenafil for combination, The doctor was reluctant but agreed to 25 mg. It dose make a big improvement but it prolongs erections a little.
