Hey guys,

Although I previously posted here before, I finally got my trimix prescription! A little about me again, I'm 60yo, healthy/active (weights, biking etc) and was naive to think that if I continued this lifestyle then my manly performance should be good too ... but I was very wrong!! Also, viagara has significantly lost its effectiveness! So, thanks to the experiences I've read here
about injections, I decided it was definitely my time.

Anyway here is my first prescription.

Trimex - PGE - 1/phentolamine/papavarene 5MCG - 0.5mg -15mg/ml. Inject 5 units.

I know this is only a starting point but I would really like to hear from guys who had positive outcomes with the same prescription.

Mine prescription is more than yours but the experience is similar. 5 units should be a good starting point. My uro wanted to start me at 30 units but after my apprehension he did 15 for my first one. Had a little over a 4 hour erection but the most amazing sex that night. Thank god it dissipated because i was about to hear w to the ER. I went down to 10 units the next time, that also led to a just under 4 hours, but again, out of this world sex. From there i was able to deduce that 5 would be just right and it has been for injections 3-11 which have produced very good 2-2.5 hour erections. From reading many posts on the forum i see that we are all different so what it dues to me will differ from everyone else’s results. For me It’s been 2 months of injecting every week since the first for me to notice the effects weakening slightly but noticeable to where I’ll have to up the dose maybe a few more units. I did have a few misfires but they still led to more than an hour of usable erection. Hope it goes well for you and welcome.

Hi. Nice to see you're having excellent results! I don't expect to have erections lasts as long as yours at this stage but I'd would love to have one in the 30 -45 minute range! By the way, I put everything in the refrigerator. Is this okay to do? I'm questioning this because I read members freeze the vial.

Depending on your level of ED and health is what I assume may be the differing results. You might be surprised at how strong it affects you. I got four vitals and put them in the freezer where they live. I take out a vial let it warm up in my hand for a few minutes. I pull that i need and then back to the freezer. That’s what uro recommended. Every time i inject, it seems like it gets easier, but then come next time and i get flustered and nervous. For me it gets to the frustration part when i inject just to get it over with but it’s been working pretty good. Again, i wish you all the best, especially with the sex!

Having had robotic prostate surgery 14 months ago I finally found this club, and I am happy to report that after being introduced to Trimix 6 weeks ago, I have now gotten this part of my life back. Details in the sig file below. A few comments: I started out with an instructional dose of 20 units in the Urologist office, and 10 minutes later we had an "encouraging but not yet satisfactory result". Per his advice, over the next several weeks, increased the dose by 5 units each time, when I hit 35 it was a bit too much - lasted 3.5 hours. I have now dialed it back and am doing well (2hrs) by injecting ~30 units. Have now successfully injected a total of 8 times and no more "injection fear". As for refrigeration/freezing: 1) The pharmacist said I could refreeze the vial multiple times, so after warming the vial in your hand for a few minutes until the liquid is uniform and clear, for each syringe draw, then back into the freezer until next time. 2) However for my prescription of 5 ml, came in 2 x 2.5 ml vials. Each vial looks will cover 8 injections, so I froze one and the other one is refrigerated and appears to have all of it's potency intact 6 weeks later (I just moved vial 2 from the freezer to the fridg).

Hoping to maybe start injections in a few weeks. I have a question or two for you mew guys here. First I am not afraid of the needles. Even sticking my penis, I have no fear.. i do fear an ER trip..but hoping to avoid that. So my questions are this. Does the dose at the Uro always work? After having sex or using your erect penis with sex or whatever..once you have orgasm..do you lose your election, or will you remain erect until the meds wear out.? Is there any deflation of your election after orgasm..or does the medicine prohibit that? I so appreciate your replies. I still can get fair results with the pills..but I don't get the hardness like I think I should. I can penetrate but the hardness could be so much better. Thank you all in advance for your replies

for me, the dose at the uro office worked a little slow at first. it may have been that way because i was not expecting it. i got a semi that wouldnt go down. i had a 30 min ride home where while driving i could tell it was getting harder. once home and in the bedroom it was a full fledged super rock hard erection. my uro wanted to start out with 30 units but after my hesitation from reading on this forum, he went down to 15 units. well that produced an almost 5 hour erection. after having the most awesomest sex for, seriously over 3 hours, it did not go down after orgasm. i have been having a really difficult time with anorgasmia for a while, so i assume it took that long. either way after we were done the erection still lingered at still a full 100% hard. even after attempting to urinate, no luck, after a shower, no luck. it felt like my dick was so swollen it wanted to explode, but was not painful. as it was not painful even after 4 hours is why i didnt fear a priapism. it was approaching the 5 hour mark is when i felt it start to lessen and it did go down, it just took a while. the second injection lasted 4 hours and then went down. i have found that 5-8 units is a good dose that will last 2-3 hours dependent on how i feel. i had one partial misfire where the injection site bled a little more than usual and kinda seemed to pool under the skin. that one still worked, but only lasted a little over an hour. the next day i had a bruise at the injection site. im up to 12 injections since the start and have only been able to orgasm 3 times. the times i did were amazing and i was still hard after and kept banging away. i cant explain how amazing it feels to be able to do that. there have been times where i did not inject and used pills but as you say, its never hard enough to penetrate with real force. just have your uro start you off low. my uro explained that had it not worked, he would have injected more units to illicit the desired effect. other than being hypothyroid and on TRT i cant seem to find an explanation for my ED so its not as bad as others with more serious conditions that require a higher dose. after the few injections i have done, i do notice that takes a little longer each time to get hard, where the first few injections were instantly hard after injecting. i assume i am getting used to it and it may take more units to get the desired effect. if you have any other questions dont hesitate to ask. again, this is just my experience.

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get rock hard after injection. GF uses various techniques to first fluff it up before injection then does more playing with it during those 5 yo 10 minutes. Use a hard dick fucking for about 10 to 15 minutes and different positions before I can cum. After orgasm my dick goes down to a semi and then bounces back rock hard in about 15 minutes for a couple more hours. Sometimes use it again but occasionally. Then it starts shrinking.

Uro's often WAY overprescribe. I'd start with 5 units, then go up by 2.5 units each time until you get what you're looking for. Much better than using too much and going to the hospital.

And no, the erections stays until the drug wears off in 1-3 hours. Which can be awesome, or it can be annoying.

Good to hear the injections are working well for you. It will take time to find the dosage you prefer and make you last long enough but not too long to cause issues. Sudafed can be used to lessen an induced erection, 5-6 tablets all at once. You should lose the erection, but you'll probably fall asleep.
