Ejaculating with Trimix

I have found that with trimix or bimix (I have both) it's almost impossible for me to ejaculate. I can go forever and not get there.

When I don't take the injections and manage to get an erection I can ejaculate much easier. Is this just me?

I do have anorgasmia. I can get there but it can be difficult. I'm on alprostadil monomix. I have noticed that getting off seems to be easier if I use the least amount of injection juice necessary to get the job done. I use novelty/sex shop cock rings to enhance the injection juice so I can use less juice. However, I've never had PE, far from it, but I was always able to get off. I've also had a radical proctectomy with associated nerve damage. Plus I'm no spring chicken. All of those things can be contributing factors so I really have no idea how much of my anorgasmia the injection juice is responsible

With many men, like me, that's a bonus. Before trimix, I could never pound for 45 minutes and last.

I dont think it is just you. I've struggled with PE (Premature Ejaculation) seems like forever, And if left unchecked, I come 2-3 minutes.
When I take Viagra I struggle to last longer. Even solo (controlled masturbation) I can only last 15-20 minutes.

My very first use of Trimix was with my wife, It definitely helped me last longer, and was able to continue sex after ejaculation, but with reduced hardness.
My second trial with my wife I missed the injection spot and got nothing, Which left my wife upset. So much so that we haven't had sex since.

The next two times I injected solo with light masturbation the first time I lasted 1 hour and then 1.5 hours (the second time) before ejaculation.

When I was younger and a two pump chump, I longed for the days of staying power. The problem is, after using both Trimix and Bimix (came 1-3 times in all sessions after two years), I do come easier without injections, but it takes longer too. And only with my hand, so I know I have to change my beat the meat pressure, and resensitize my penis.

Like the OP, can't ejaculate on the shots. May stop, and see if PT 141, 40mg Cialis, 100mg viagra, and 20mg Levitra will do the trick, all at the same time.

The problem is the girlfriend loves the long ride of injections, as long as I fake orgasm.

I've experienced delayed ejaculation on Trimix a few times which was frustrating (for me anyway).
My urologist confirmed that too much Trimix can make your dick so hard that it impacts blood flow and can decrease sensation, hence delayed ejaculation.
So I'm careful about titrating my Trimix dosage. Great to have a rock hard rod; not so great if you cannot reach climax.

i had problems coming while on oral meds, trimix just made it that much harder (pun, not intended). im luck if i have any orgasm and then like others, i have to use my hand. maybe try cabergoline. its not a miracle cure but i've found that it works about 25-50% of the time. i try not to look a gift horse in the mouth but like previous posters, my wife also does enjoy 3-4 hour sex sessions. but the longer it takes me to get off is starting to take its toll.

I’ve never had issue with not ejaculating when I’ve injected Trimix. I guess I’m lucky. Sorry to hear some guys are experiencing this issue.

I've been on Trimix some 10 years and recently I've been having the same difficulty. Previously, it would happen once in a while but now it seems like it's happening every other time I inject.>>The Trimix starts to dissipate and I start going soft without the climax.
