seekonk: Several FT guys, including me, combine 100mg sildenafil with less Trimix than would otherwise be necessary. This was suggested by my urologist, not for an erection problem, but to minimize Trimix pain. Now I need about 40% of the Trimix I used before. Might be worth a try, but beware of priapism - sounds unlikely, but could maybe happen, I guess.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
