I'm no doctor. I won't swear there's absolutely no damage as it seems there would have to be some, even if tiny. I wouldn't want to do it on a regular basis. Try to be a bit more careful but don't sweat it if it happens once in a blue moon.

I divide my flaccid length, base to where the glans starts, into five imaginary "zones," which gives me ten injection sites, which I rotate through, hoping to minimize scar tissue formation. I find that all the zones work fine as long as I hit the corpus. To avoid visible veins, I pull my flaccid length out as far as possible, and shift the skin a little to move the veins. I think the stretching also minimizes the amount of tissue intercepted by the needle, and thus produces less scarring.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
