Re: Trimix Injections
Dan,
We would love videos of normal guys injecting. Email me at paul@franktalk.org.
In fact, I would love a small collection of them. It just reassures the new guys so much to see other guys doing it.
Thanks a million
Paul

Re: Trimix Injections
I am a new member. Age 79, used Sildenafil for 5 years until it quit working a few months ago. My urologist suggested Trimix injections. Started this week. I got through the needle thing OK. First event was 10 units (half limp); second event 20 units (full hard but short duration); third event 30 units (again full hard but short duration). I’m afraid I’m heading for the better half of a syringe full of juice. To me, that seems like a lot of foreign material to be injecting into Mr. Johnson. Should I be considering a higher concentration? The compounding pharmacy I am dealing with also offers a ‘super trimix’ that doubles the amount of two of the compounds. They also have ‘quad mix’. Should I try those? –or something else?
Age 79 (2022); Sildenafil quit working after 5 years. Started Trimix (papaverine150M
/phentolamine 5M /prostaglandinE1 50MCG --per 5ml) in July of 2022; 40 units/event.

What do you mean short duration?
Also are you varying the injection spot?
It seems to me that it take about a half dozen injections, to get dosing correct.

Re: Trimix Injections
Duration? Less than 5 minutes. Zero would have been better. Even 15 minutes would have been OK.

5 minutes is pretty short.
I would think you should be able to get controlled erection that last 30 minutes or more. By controlled I'm thinking masturbation where you are not trying to impress anyone or attempt superman sex positions. I would talk with your urologist or doctor about higher strength Trimix
I know when I spoke with my urologist he said, mine was a starter mix. I dont know what that means other than some guys are so sensitive that anything more than 5 units can give a 4 hr erection.
One suggestion, have you tried using a cock ring? You may have to try several before finding one that works well.
I have used one for years. Before starting any meds, pills or injections. Key is finding one that fits.
