Trimix very painful and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.
I was only using it for maybe 6 - 9 months and I developed a lump which was scar tissue from the injections. Thankfully my surgeon was able to work through it during my implant. He saw the lump pre-op ansd was concerned about my results. In the end all ok but I am glad I only did Trimix for a relatively short time.

Re: Injection side effects. Sudafed or Sudafed PE?
Re-read a bunch and still unclear: Which of these is best (in pill form):
Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) - must request from pharmacist but no big deal
Sudafed PE (phenylephrine) available on the shelf
For decongestion, apparently Sudafed is more effective...other one is 2/3 absorbed by intestines. BUT this would not be relevant if liquid, i.e. injecting, right?
So far, I see no Sudafed PE available as liquid.
Any comments? Any advice which to purchase? If liquid Sudafed PE is not available? Of course, get normal....no fast or extended version????

Is this the generic version of Sudafed?
Is it available over the counter?
Google talks about tablet form. But I like your suggestion to inject... gotta be more effective.
If it's only available by prescription, what's an alternative (the whole world doesn't need to know too much.)
Thanks!
I don't think you have to have a prescription for phenylephrine. I ordered mine with my trimix a while back. Look on RXBuyersclubusa.com and click on pricing.
Here's what it shows.
Reversal / Phenylephrine
Name | Mixture
Phenylephrine 1mg/ml 5ml $68.75
A bit pricy but it works very quickly at counteracting the trimix. You'll be flaccid again in a few minutes.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

Re: Injection side effects - remedy for priapism
Ok. To put a bow on the question of which product to use ... as I can determine:
Whether it's Sudefed (pseudoephedrine HCL) or Sudefed PE (phenylephrine), common sense would confirm that injecting would be more effective than pills. (That, of course, is why TriMix is more effective than Viagra.)
However, neither product appear to be available from local pharmacies in liquid form. So, unless you happen to be dealing with an online ED shop, the injection vs pill issue is moot. Buy the phenylephine liquid and inject. Otherwise, it's gonna be a "pill solution."
Now the question which product is most effective when taken orally: Referring to the Sloan Kettering website, Sudefed (pseudoephedrine HCL) is recommended. (I think that's because it is not absorbed by the intestine, whereas about 2/3 of Sudefed PE is.). Take four 30mg tablets. You have to request this product from the pharmacist. It is not on the shelf. But this is no big deal. Just have to show your driver's license.
Have I got it correct now? Thanks.

Re: Injection side effects
P.S. Sudefed is not the only brand for pseudoephedrine HCL. Pharmacist may carry others or their "house" brand. No problem.

Have you tried using Viagra along with the injection and then injecting less (like 30 units)? Less of the mixture in your penis could help the pain not last as long
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side
