Stronger formula ?

I have to inject 12 units to get a usable erection , but I am erect for at least four hours , not a painful erection but hard enough for penetration . I have not been able to get a usable erection for less time , do I need to ask for a stronger formula , I get a little nervous at the hardness time now .
My formula is in my signature , and it seems like a weak formula to me .

My thinking is that if I inject less of a more concentrated formula , that it will dissipate faster .Therefore giving me the hardness for a shorter time .........makes sense to me ?

I thought you did from reading your posts . I have an appointment on the 23rd of June , but I wanted to get the opinions of the guys that REALLY know the answers before my appointment.........this site is where I found out about Trimix .

I agree with everything you said, including finding out about Trimix here.

I want to get as much info as I can before I go in. As far as I know my uro, like I'm sure most of them, has never experienced any of this (incontinence, ED from an RP) himself. So no matter how much "book learnin'" he has, it cannot compare to those at ground zero, who are living it.

My experience between regular trimix and pure PGE-1 is that a 10u amount of 'Regular' trimix (30mg Pap, 1mg Phent, 12.5mcg PGE1) works about as long as 20u of PGE-1 at around 50mcg/ml.

I think the issue is that PGE-1 being a mimic of the naturally produced version in the body, the body is able to dissipate it quicker -- shorter half life. Trimix with two artificial ingredients Pap and Phent linger a lot longer because the body does not know how to break it down as quickly as PGE-1. I am not sure what kind of control or experience your Uro has in manipulating Trimix formula, but I would think about one with maybe 1/2 the Pap and twice the PGE-1.

But I am not a Uro ... and I would imagine most docs don't do much manipulation of Trimix formulas .. they just write the script -- maybe a couple strengths -- and there you go. But if you can get him to try varying it, it might work out for you.

Thanks Jim , I will refill my Script. next week . The comp pharm . I use has been doing Trimix from the beginning , so they are pretty sharp , I'll ask them , your idea makes sense .
