Penile injection in 31 years old

I consider my ed due to peins enlargment exersise by home made penis pump from 2012 which damage my nerves.
So i want to use injection. I use injection in penile doppler which give me sustained erection but weak due to low dose but my QUESTION is how to avoid Scar formation due to injection.
I damaged my peins 2012 by enlargment exersise by home made penis pump. 2 penile doppler with normal result and 1 cavernosography with normal result.

to optimally avoid scarring use pure pge1 as opposed to trimix.
then do light traction to maintain length and use a ved just about every day to maintain girth.

Doppler showed nothing? It's more likely a venous leak than nerve damage.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

I recently do doppler doppler with 1 cc of trimix which give me erection for more than 1 hour and i tack another injection to clamix to flaccid.
Doppler ultrasound show good result of NO venouse leakage
And good arterial inflow . No sizable plage or fibrosis detected
