Olympia is a very legit option.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Seeing Bldoink's post reminded me that Olympia also sells straight PGE like he has used with great success for many years -- am I right Bldoink?
It is widely regarded as a injection solution that will not cause scarring as Trimix does for some guys -- and let me stress SOME because many guys on FT do not get that problem.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

I use just Alprostadil which I believe is the same as PGE. I'm using a local pharmacy but I believe Talon Pharmacy has the best price. I may try them next time I need to refill.

Yeah, I've been using straight alprostadil for going on 11 years. I still seem to be doing fine and I've been on the same dose for years. Yes, alprostadil is the same thing as PGE1 or prostaglandin E1. Different names/same stuff. There has been some studies that indicate the PGE1 is less likely to cause scaring or fibrosis but none of the injection chemicals are risk free. I believe the alprostadil is the only injection approved by the FDA in the form or Edex or Caverject, both proprietary brands, and expensive. The PGE1 is generally considered to be the heavy hitter when used in tri-mix. Bi-mix, in most cases, doesn't contain any.

The last I checked Olympia still sold straight alprostadil mix although it seems they try to push you towards tri-mix. My local pharmacy was cheaper at the time but may no longer be. I don't know about Talon.

There is a fair number of guys that get intolerable pain from alprostadil. Some guys initially get pain from it but find it moderates or disappears with continued use.

Edit: Fix typo.

I have used the Olympic Pharmacy in Florida and it's a great service. Especially for those of us who know our formula and dosages. My Doc ripped me off for years saying I had to get the Trimix through him and not with a script on my own. His prices were ridiculous..hundreds more for a Trimix vial Olympic charges $120 for....the $50 is an on line or telephone consultation with a physician. And the renewals are good for 1 year..I use Olympic all the time. They are friendly, professional and helpful.
