He thought the issue was low testosterone. I need to get my bloodwork in order before starting any Testosterone therapies. I think he chose the Bimix formula 4 to gauge my body's reaction( i forgot what composed this mix, ill see if i can find the sheet. )

I too suffer with ED & PE. Which is the reason I started using Injections. When I ejaculate I find that I lose 10-15% of the erection. But still it's quite usable.
I have found that a cock ring helps keep a harder erection. The key is finding a good fit, that has the correct size and stretchiness.
When first used the injections I was delighted. The problem for me was I had re-learn how to have sex and not worry about getting hard or losing the erection.
I also did several solo runs. I found solo run useful in building confidence in seeing that injections could hold a solid erection for over an hour even after ejaculation.

Can you clarify this statement

Are you saying that before using Bimix, You would cum quickly and was able to get hard again within seconds. But now with Bimix, you ejaculate and completely lose your erection?

Hey there, thanks for your two cents. It really helped me slow down and see this as a longer term progression. I've recently tried solo runs as you did to try and gauge what the injection can do for my body at which dosages. And to answer your quote, I've always cum quickly, before I started having issues I was a one round type of guy, with a 10% chance of getting a second round in. I think I should more so phrase it as, certain positions or actions still take away my erection even with bimix dosages. If i cum then its pretty much game over 90% of the time, and if i lay on my bad for cowgirl. All the bimix effects drain out.

Many Uro's start out on extremely weak concentrations, and considering he is also using small amounts of bimix for you, it could set you up for the failure you are having. I also question the 15-unit "max" recommendation he is also offering. Often, users of bimix have to use more units than do patients that use stronger trimix preparations.

All and all though, I would not abandon your attempts at injections just yet, you are just getting started. Not time to throw in the towel by any stretch.

Thanks for the helpful words, I took a breather and did some solo runs with injections. Taking this process slow is definitely what I'll need to do, and ill communicate with my urologist if the current bimix formula isn't working as I'd like. I wish I could tell you the strength formula but I've misplaced the sheet with the information.

Again I ask why were you started on bi-mix? You don't actually state your mix, only stating the volume of your dose. What is the mix? If well tolerated there are some really good aspects to alprostadul (PGE1 or Prostaglandin E1) found in alprostadil mono-mix and tri-mix.

If you are a good candidate for injections, the proper mix and dose should give you those long lasting results you desire. You may not be a good candidate for injections but that can't be determined or even wild guessed at from the information provided in your post.

Hey there, I know my post was vague. I typed it up at the time with barebones information. I still cant find the strength sheet for my mix, but i'll still look around. I remember on the list in being Bimix 4 or something. As to what Old Guy was posting. I enjoyed his 2 cents. I always dreamed of the implant, but this thread and everyone's experiences make me wanna ride out what injections have to offer before pulling the trigger.
