Trimix Increased Strength - Question

I’ve been using Trimix since roughly February of this year. My most recent strength of Trimix can be found in my signature below. I’ve been working to find a strength potent enough to give me a nice solid and firm erection. To date I have had no luck. I went back to the urologist to get an increase in strength of my mix last week. This is the third mixture of Trimix I will be trying.

My new strength is: 30 Pap/2 Phen/20 Prost. Is this mixture significantly more potent than my most recent prescription? The compounding pharmacy my urologist uses says that this strength is the highest they will go.

I have an appointment next month to talk about an implant. More than likely this is the route I will end up taking as venous leakage was confirmed. But in the meantime I would like to find a mix strong enough to give me a rock hard erection if possible. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen mixes as strong as (100mcg Prostaglandin /30mg Papaverine /6mg Phentolamine)
I was on a very strong quadmix (adds Atropine) but had to remove the prostaglandins as they made me ache so badly sex wasn’t enjoyable.

You can see my current mix in my signature. If I use 50units and add a decent cock ring I’m hard enough for penetration. It lasts about 30 minutes.

Your new mis is not strong. It's more just a medium mix. The only outlier in it is the amount of Phentolamine which seems high compared to the other ingredients. Do you experience alprostadil ache? If not I'd want to try bumping that a good bit or even trying some straight alprostadil mono-mix before going high on the other ingredients. I use a mono-mix of alprostadil it 80mcg/ml.

I think that is my mix, without checking the numbers sound right. So this is a medium strength mix? From about 2018 on I have used it, at first it was earth shattering, lately it has been a zero. All the while I increased the dosage too!
yes, I need something better now too.
the pain is somewhat unbearable too, dang. wish I was bionic and done now.

I was hoping the new mix would be strong but that doesn’t seem to be the case. The compounding pharmacy informed me that they wouldn’t go any higher. I definitely experience the alprostadil ache with this mix. I’m finding that no matter the strength I use the quality of my erection isn’t as firm as I’d like it and doesn’t last more than 30 minutes. I have an appointment to consult for sn implant next week. It’s looking more and more lamas if that will be the route I end up taking.

I tried one previously with less than satisfactory results. I’ve tried multiple sizes without success.

A proper sized and worn cock ring should have at least helped. It certainly may not be sufficient but it should have made some difference in boosting the injection. If it made no difference I'm left wondering if the ring was made of a material that didn't provide enough firmness, it was sized incorrectly or was worn incorrectly. But again, if for instance you have a leak that's excessive, the ring won't help enough to provide a satisfactory outcome.
