I had radical prostatectomy in March of 2021 after 11 months. My urologist started me on Trimix which led Quadmix (30-2-80-.4) and after injecting 50 units on the right side of my penis one day a bump appeared inside my penis started curving the right.
So, after a couple months and bump not going away. I decided to research the internet and found massaging the scare tissue might help. So, I started massaging the tissue scare every day and after about 8 weeks the bump is gone, and my penis is almost straight again.
So, there "might" be hope on removing scare tissue.
Massaging scare tissue
Re: Massaging scare tissue
Hey nice going! The prevailing opinion on FT that I have read is that scarring and peyronies are irreversible. You sound to have proven that that is not always the case.

Wow, you are so lucky
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

Re: Massaging scare tissue
About 12 weeks of massaging the area where the bump was, I can no longer feel any bumps and my penis is now straight again.
After having Radical prostatectomy, I can no longer achieve an erection so in order to massage the area of the bump I vacuum pump my penis to an erection then remove the pump and immediately squeezing the penis with 1 finger and my thumb (OK gesture) stroking it from the base, away from the body. The technique is similar to the concept of “milking” a cow. This passes over the affected area which help with bump and the curve. I do 5 sets per day.

I had a similar "scare" in my first year of being on Trimix. I felt some nodules in my penis one day when it was erect..I was concerned but my regular URO Doc was not..He chalked it up to "bad" technique with my injections. I found a URO Doc who specialized in Peyronie's disease and went on the Peyronies forum web site, which is excellent BTW for advice. I was prescribed 400mgs of Pentoxyfiline BID, Vitamin E and a pumping regimen of twice a day, each session for 15 minutes. I did have a slight bend of my penis to the left. I was also told to stop injections for a while and when I was able to resume once a week was the maximum. After 1 year of being diligent, the nodules went away and I had virtually no scar tissue. Reversal of early scarring can be achieved with the right treatment and discipline on the patient's part to maintain that pumping regimen..
