I have experienced some of the same issues. My wife and I are in 60's.
Regarding lube, my wife has always needed lube.
However, since starting Trimix, I too needed lube. I think it is mostly due to me having a fuller erection which causes more friction with a lot more thrusting that tends to dry out our bits.
Since I started Trimix, I have had more confidence in keeping my erection. As the erection last 1 hour or more. Whereas previously I rarely had a full erection much less lasting over 10 minutes.
However, my wife has experienced so much dissatisfaction from the (many) years of my ED/PE. Although she's happy with the results of Trimix. She is still hesitant that my erection will fail. Hopefully, we will both gain more confidence in the bedroom for better sex.
