So here I am thinking I would update the group about how great my first injection went (apart from obviously impressing the woman in question). Turns out that’s not how things we’re supposed to be.
Injected my self with 10 units as prescribed at 10 o’clock position and I think I did well. I’m generally good at following instructions and think that’s what I did here. Waited 10 minutes,15 ,20 nothing. Zilch moment. With the FWB waiting I went against general advice given here and injected another 5 on the other side. Nothing again. This was the most embarrassing experience in my life where I did not get hard at all- my natural erections can be better then this and pills atleast give me a chubby if not more.
So the question is- did I inject wrong both times? Does that result in no moment of the penis? Or I need more units than 15? I am on the standard Olympia does and the mix just came this week and had been frozen before this.
I’m trying to think what to do next if these don’t work.
PS: for those who are nervous about getting a pin near your penis, this was way more easier than expected. Assuming I injected correctly.
Not a great start- 2 misfires!
Re: Not a great start- 2 misfires!
Did you have a urologist train you on injections? Have you tried any test runs before you had someone waiting?
To me it sounds like your dose is too low, your mix is too weak, or you missed the sweet spot. Injecting Trimix can be a learning experience that takes several tries to dial in the correct dose and at the right spot. Too much and your erection might not go down, not enough and you don't get erect.

No, I was not trained by a urologist. My main sources have been FT and watching videos.
I may have gone wrong once, but twice? Again it may have happened but I don’t think so.
Maybe I’ll try a higher dose right away next time at 15 units and see how it goes. The strength of the mix I have no idea just going by what was prescribed by the tele med.
You’re right- it appears it’s going to a learning curve here. I’m just disappointed that I did not achieve what most of the people here talk about. Another time.

It should say on the container for the vial or on the script label somewhere what the mix is. If the injection was easy and wasn't painful I'm guessing you did it correctly. Without knowing the mix no one can even guess what happened. I highly recommend doing some solo injections until you get it figured out better.

Yes, so my mix is the 30/1/10 mix. I thought it should work for me since as I said I get erect with pills or even naturally once in a while.
Another thing- I am pretty small when not erect and have thick vein running around the penis right in the middle; which means I may have injected close to the base to avoid the vein. I’m sorry I am not big as I’ve seen the in the demo videos used by doctors. Any suggestions how to get around this?
Thanks.

For one thing you are using the weakest trimix you can get. You might want to look for something a little stronger.
AND my advice to anyone starting to use trimix is DO NOT have your partner waiting for sex the very first time you use the stuff. You need to make sure you will be able to perform.
Re: Not a great start- 2 misfires!
You might hit your urethra. Injection will not work if the neefle goes there. Take a small dose of dildenafil before injection. That will get your dick slightly bloated.
65 yrs, had venous leak all my life, sildenafil and other pills don't work anymore properly, using Caverject with pills.

i use a VED, (any ved even the cheap pumps will work) to plump it up in order to inject. i pump, put on the ring and it makes it a lot easier to find a spot to inject. for me, around the base does not work and most of my misfires have occurred in that area. i have started using the 1 o'clock position with good results as well and the most successes i have had are in the top to midshaft areas. doctor first injected me in the area right under the glans on the 4 o'clock position. i have a big vein running down the side of my shaft on the left which makes it hard to find a good spot but once you use the pump i can move the vein with my finger and inject right under it. has worked pretty good too. i have also found that that i can now feel the two layers the needle goes into. i also aspirate to see if im in the right spot and when i see that blood come into the syringe, i inject. this has worked for the past 70 or so injections and i am around 82 injections so far. i have had 4 misfires in that time with the last one being a month ago when i tried the base on the left side and it got nothin but a full but soft semi that wasnt good for anything. just my experience. hope it helps.

Re: Not a great start- 2 misfires!
Thank you for the information. I'm having a terrible time finding that sweet spot--and also have the difficulty of the doctor prescribing such weak Tri-Mix twice isn't helpful either. Now that I have a better formula, it should we working. I seem to do better when I have some girth to work with and aim for the right side of the penis-14 units and I was hard for about 20minutes. When I do the left side, I noticed it goes in fine, but then it starts to hurt when it gets put in all the way. What am I doing wrong? I'm on Tri-Mix 5.
Re: Not a great start- 2 misfires!
If it hurts when you start depressing the syringe plunger you're in the wrong spot. When the needle is properly placed depressing the plunger should be easy and it shouldn't hurt. Adjust your depth in or out until you can easily depress the plunger and do it without pain. It is possible to go too deep.
