I am 30 yo and i will try daily tada + on demand sildenafil combo, i guess you started this regimen in your early 30s i hope i can get good 8-9 years like you, if it doesnt work next step i am thinking is injections. Even though all positive feedback from members with implants here among all age groups, implants are scary for young.
Mazzio, 60 is the best age for implant imo, with only 1 revision you may have satisfactory sex-life rest of your life, why are you so against it when injections+pills combo is not working? I wish i could push implant to my 60s, or even 50s or even 40s

I used Sildenafil for 20 plus years would good results and it still works to an extent but I tried Trimix and like the results better. I just didn't like the fact that you can't eat and drink or it diminishes Viagras effect a lot. I do think many people are to quick to jump to implants though.

How old are you and how was and how is your erection without viagra? Have you ever tried tada sildenafil combo

Me personally my erections were never good without Viagra. I've done the Tada and Sildenafil combo with good results. Injections really aren’t bad so far. I might stick (haha) with them awhile. We’ve had some pretty good sex on 10-12 units of Trimix. Kind of like early viagra. My wife is actually pregnant so her being on top is a good position and that was becoming pretty hard to sustain on pills. Plus none of the flushed, stuffy feeling, concerns over timing the pill with food. That stuff was getting annoying especially as the erections got weaker.

My mind adapted fairly quick. Like “hey you get a good boner this way, who gives a sh*t how you got it.”
Spontaneity is sacrificed, and I think I will like the implant when I get it. But I’ll probably chill in injection-land for longer than I originally planned.

Implant would be a huge investment. I live in a country with good public health care but implant is not covered. I could get a heart transplant for free but implant is one of few things that I must pay by myself. It could be covered for a young man with diabetes etc but not for a man of my age. And then there is the issue of small volumes. It would be risky to have a surgeon who installs only a few implants in a year. The price tag is about 20.000 euros. There are surgeons with high volumes in other countries like Germany but then there would be travelling costs etc. I hope that there would slso travelling costs etc.

Was Venous Leak also your case of an issues ? Because 20 years on pills is quite good I’d say for person with venous leak…
