Injection advice trimix

Hi ive had ed since 26 now 38yrs old venous leakage on doppler ultrasound
New to using trimix 6 units in left side works everytime every injection site
6 units in right side mid shaft it’s definitely going in no erections
6units right hand side closer to the head of the penis good erection
7units either side is too much and alprostadil uncomfortable.
Why am i having so many fails right side mid shaft? Should i just avoid injecting this area or is something else going on?
I have an awesome gp and a good compounding pharmacist doing the prescribing and 2 useless uroligists 1 doesnt do injections and the other has communication of a 6 month baby thanks
