Recently I left my Timix off refrigeration for about 3 hours. Is it still good?

Should not be an issue. I stored my first vial of Trimix unrefridgerated and it remained effective or over 30 days.

It lose strength very fast a room temperature. My doc said it was only good for a couple of hours, but it is safe to use, always shake it gently before use

I don't think it loses stength THAT fast ... as some have said they left it out for days and was still good.

Also this is not raw hamburg juice in the bottle that will be growing bacteria in hours --it is a pretty sterile environment (and often they use Bacteriastatic Water which has 6% alchohol in it) .. so it takes a lot to get it contaminated to the point of dangerousness.

Yeah give it a shake and look for cloudiness or particles -- but no real need to shake-to-mix -- unless it makes you feel better doing so.
