Papapervine vs Phentolamine

Can anyone offer any insights into increase their erection firmness by increasing the strength of one of these over the other ?
I have recently gone off the Pge / Alprost all together. I can no longer handle it AT ALL.

Google has been extremely less than helpful in explaining which of these would be better for firmness and strength vs which is better for duration ( which i dont care a ton about currently ).
i have read one article by a major compounding pharm that said Papapervine was for duration. and another article from another pharm stating pap was solid on its own and good for strength.

Then theirs one of the pharmacist where I get my scripts that state phent was the drug to make the erection last longer.

I just want a much stronger one, if i can ! without PGE.
