Justinflation cost of Trimix

Postby sogwap » Fri Aug 18, 2023 11:34 am

Yesterday I picked up my prescription for Trimix the cost was $150 CAD.

Last year my first two vials cost $99 CAD each (the first vial in May 2022, the second vial in September 2022)

In just one year of Justinflation, the cost of Trimix increased by over 50%. Thankfully I require a fairly low dose.

Has anyone else seen the cost of inflation in injections?

2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

How many uses will you get out of your $150 purchase of trimix?

I use 10 units or less per injection. So the cost per injection is fairly low.

Yeah, for 5ml that seems high. I pay around that for 10 ml, I think. I have to get a refill soon and I may be surprised.

I live in AB, Canada. I use bimix. 5ml vial use to cost around 65$. I just got a refill and I paid around 110$. I use 5/6 units each injection, so it lasts a long time. For me the cost has doubled. I asked the pharmacist why and he said it was inflation. He has no control over the cost as he works for a large pharmacy chain.

I'm surprised they aren't still blaming the cost on the "Pandemic". You should try grocery shopping in the United States as the prices are still rising and the quality stays the same.

DefyMedical charges $139 for 5ml bottle however they provide a very strong dosage of 150/5/50 which means 0.04ml is enough for a 2-4 hour rock solid erection so that puts each injection around $1.10.
