When you inject 15 units about how long does your erection last? Mine is lasting 5 plus hours and im lowering dose everytime to see if that helps. i started at 20 units and I keep lowering it by 1 or 2 units to see if that helps. Can anyone share their experience with dosing and length of time of erections.

If your erections are lasting 5+ hours, I would cut the dosage in half. Then if needed increase the dosage.

When I started Trimix my suggested starting dosage was 10 units. Not satisfied at 80-90% hard I (slowly) increased the dosage to 20.
But then my erections lasted 2.5 to 3.5 hours. I then (slowly) decrease the dosage back down to 10 units.
With erections lasting 2+ hours. My urologist wanted me to decrease between 5-7 units, But when I decreased the dosage to 7-8 units I was only 80-90% hard.

One thing I learned throughout all of this is (at least partly) that my ED is psychological.
After years of suffering with ED, I know that Trimix works well. It is a big confidence boost.

Thank you, i will try and lower dose again. Every time I try to go to 10 units it doesnt appear to work and I add another 4-5 units. I need to be patient.

With 15 units I normally have about 1.5 hours of erection

I'm thinking about reducing to 13 units to see how that works..... 30 to 40 minutes is all my wife and I really need.

At age 68 I don't need 1.5 hours
