Hi all
I am a new member and posted once and got very good responses. Highly educative forum. With the advice of one forum member, I am going to visit a private clinic in Calgary on Sunday. I just wanted to share my story here. I was diagnosed with Diabetes-2 when I was 28 years old and since then, have tried my best to control my HB1AC with meds. Currently, I take 500 mg x2 - twice a day metformin, 80 mg glicazide (twice a day) and sitagliptin once a day. My HB1AC is fairly controlled (I think), has been in the range of 7 to 7.4 in the past year. I struggled a bit with Premature ejac when I was in my early to late 30's and had to take Cialis which worked very well for the past 5 to 7 years. But gradually, my sensation begin to vanish after erection (on taking Cialis) and although I was getting an erection and maintaining it, I was not able to feel the erection. In the past year, I am not able to maintain erection after the first 5 to 10 minutes - hampered by not feeling anything down there. I hope bimix/trimix may help. Anyone had such experience?

I'd discuss it with both your urologist and whoever is managing your diabetes.
