I'm not hiding my injections, my wife knows I'm doing it but I've never done it in front of her I normally do it in a guest bathroom down the hall. But for casual encounters with a partner it seems to me it would be pretty easy just to use a preloaded syringe or injector. Mate, no offense, but at 61 you shouldn’t feel ashamed at all. Even with a younger partner. Being in the 20s or 30s and using injections is a whole different story. It is just hard to comprehend for women in this age group how someone so young and completely healthy has to use injections in his dick for sex. If i were older, i wouldn’t give a damn.

I agree with Lifeabroad....once you get into your 60's, it's all bets off trying to keep Trimix a secret..at least in my opinion. Telling my younger partner from the beginning was the best thing I did before our first intimate encounter. I get anxious enough with ED especially before a first intimate encounter. Telling just removes so much anxiety, and relaxes me knowing she knows what I'm doing in excusing myself into the bathroom...She gets a chance to get herself comfortable, and once I crawl into bed next to her I'm good to go.

Glad to see this post. This was a genuine concern of mine when I decided to see a urologist. I had just been diagnosed with diabetes and the meds made what was already a concern a lot worse.
