Hi, this is my first post, after long time of reading and following your experiences i want to thank you because you helped me a lot when i really needed help. So here i am starting to use caverject after almost 2 years of suffering from ED due to PC surgery plus some complications. Well before surgery i had 45 years old, i never had any erection problems, now i am 47 and i used caverject for 10 times starting with a dosage of 50 units but i found out that 12 to 15 units are enough and gives me arround 2 hours of erection. (pills doesn`t work at all). My question is: firstly i noticed that i have a significant shrinckage of my penis, before surgery i was 6.5 inches but now with caverject i am only 4.5 or 5 maximum, is this due to surgery? i also feel that penis comes hard but my glans is soft, why? caverject works like this? do i have to keep on using caverject or do you advice me to have an implant surgery. Sorry for my english i am greek, i do not live in USA . I will apreciate your replies, thank you in advanced.

Hi, welcome. That's a tough story you have there, especially being relatively young.

Shrinkage: This happens to most of us, apparently. And there are two schools of thought as to why. One theory is that because when the prostate is removed, the urethra must be pulled up and reattached to the bladder, pulling everything up with it. The other theory is that it is a reaction to all the nerve damage. I saw the nerve damage theory on the internet, but my urologist agrees with the first theory. Apparently they don't really know, maybe a combination of both.

Soft glans: From my experience (with Trimix) and from what I've read here, this is normal.

I have no knowledge of implants; I'll let others help you with that.

Like you, I`ve found that Caverject gives me a hard shaft, but doesn`t seem to affect the glans. On the other hand I found that MUSE affects the glans, but not the shaft, so on occasion I`ve used both, and got a hard shaft AND a hard glans. The other thing I`ve done a couple of times is to inject the glans as well as the shaft. Some of the posts on here have said not to do this, but I`ve tried it. The injection hurts no more than in the shaft, but it does bleed rather more. I found that if you get the injection right, then once again you get both a hard shaft and glans.
The other thing that I`ve found helps is to jelk after the injections. That also helps.
Keep experimenting - we`re all different, and what helps some doesn't help others.

Hi again, and thank you both Andy and Shaker.
I feel great to have people who can give me helpfull advices because this is a hard time for me after all the ordeal that i have passed. Well, the good thing is that my psa is still undectable since surgery (2 years ago). now my worries are mostly my ED problem which i am fixing it with the use of caverject and work on my self esteem. By the way, I live in central america where my wife is from and i had my surgery in USA. Frankly talking, i have some pro. with her since surgery and i think ED is the cause and also shrinkage, i feel embaressed with my 4.5 inch. I am working hard on it, at the same time i am afraid to get divorced because i feel that i could not find any other woman having my ED problem, maybe i am wrong but this is what i feel.

Please dont worry about your penis size. Its how you use it that counts. Im small and the 3 yrs before i remarried, I had sex with over 20 women. They all came back for more, So if you a good lover they wont care about your size. Good luck

Thank you Shipper for your reply. I just followed your posts and read "penis size" which has a very helpfull information. Last night i had sex with my wife and it was wonderfull, so i think i am getting used to caverject and now i just learned from your posts that women also likes oral sex and they can enjoy at their maximum, so i have to change my way to do sex with my smaller penis. again thank you, each reply makes me feel more strong and now i found out that i am not alone on the ship.

Vanat Pleased to hear you had great sex. Maybe you should try a few new positions where your size wont matter. Are you thick? if so try the spooning. That way you dont have to go in far to stimulate her clitoris. Also reverse cowgirl is good for stimulation. Again remember that most of a womans pleasure is in the clitoris so you dont have to go in very far.

Hi again Shipper, no i am not fat at all, it is just matter to get used to my new size. Remember that after 2 years without having sex and specially having lost 2 inches means that i am not the same as before (i mean my penis). I don't really know if my actual size which is 4.5 or 5 if measured from pubic bone is enough to reach the clitoris in any position or do i have to use special positions. I also have a doubt, how often can i use caverject, i know it is 3 days in a week but can it be 3 consecutive days and then rest 4 days just for knowledge.

Vanats. The clitoris is at the entrance to the vagina. It can be reached with the penis, tongue or finger. There is no way your penis isnt large enough to reach it and stiumulate it so your wife can have an orgasm.

How much did you inject into the glans and where did you find the best placement? I, too, am having a hard shaft with Cialis, but the glans is too soft for penetration. My urologist did not recommend doing it, but I am not against trying it. I've heard of MUSE. Do you like that better than an injection into the shaft?
