I first and foremost appreciate having a drug that allows me to have sex but I have mixed feelings with Trimix. On the one hand my penis gets hard but my erections aren’t the raging boners that I expected. I can grab my penis and move it around in all directions and with a good natural erection it was always so stiff it was hard to move. Does this make sense? The drug is working fine as I stay hard way longer than need be so it’s not the dosage. I can make do I was just curious if you guys experienced the same type of erections that while hard you can still move your dick all over the place.

in my experience, they are the same, it just takes a little bit of foreplay to get to the raging part. once i inject, i am hard and stiff but like you say, i can move it around. it isnt until me and the wife start to get into it that it gets nice and hard. even after i orgasm, the erection subsides a bit but its still hard enough for more. its not raging hard, but works just fine for more until i again start to get back into it that it rages once again. i think its like the implanted guys who use trimix gel to engorge the glans. the implant makes it hard for penetration but it cant do anything to excite all of the rest but it works. just my thoughts.

The initial erection with Trimix, in my case, is very equivalent to my former natural erections and when I used Viagra. The main difference now is I don’t have to worry about a melt down half way through the deed. So it’s much improved from an anxiety point of view. However, I’ve noticed with trimix a second erection,in the rare event we go for round two, is very skinny and not nearly as girthy.

This has been my experience near the beginning, my first shot was similar to your description, during this time the men health clinic talked me into getting TRT shots, once I got that and injected the Trimix for the second time, it was like a rock… while on TRT would get a lot better blood flow to my penis which would drastically increase the effectiveness of the Trimix. Now that I’m off TRT (advised by my primary) I’m forced to be more healthier/workout to achieve somewhat similar results.

No it's quite firm.

I do use a cock ring, which fills the glands and urethra.
Once sex is finished, I take off the ring the shaft stays quite stiff, however, the glands and urethra go soft.
