Jim If you had a tiny one like I have ou wouldnt have much to show off in the ER LOL

I found that right after I ejaculate and stay in bed awhile after sex, my penis starts to soften. Howver, when I get up and walk around it gets erect again. Hard enough to have sex again

Another tip for being sure you've hit the sweet spot is to see if you can draw blood back into the syringe, it's obvious if you can and confirms you're in the right place, if you can't, withdraw the syringe a little or push it in a little further, if that fails try another spot.
Also as others have said, if you meet noticeable resistance when injecting you're almost certainly injecting into the tissues instead of the corpus cavernosa which may or may not work.

Personally I can always tell if I'm in the right spot because that slight sting of the needle going through tissue disappears completely when the needle enters the corpus cavernosa!

Good Luck!
Healthy 70yo used injectibles for 20 odd years, Alprostadil, Caverject and now a variation of bimix.

My Doc siad the same thing that Lexmc posted. Pull back on the plunger if you get a spot of blood in the syrenge your in the right place.

Best of luck.

yeah I had the same problem. To doc increased the dosage in steps, and then I DID hit the sweet spot and omg was hard forever.

I now try to get it as hard as I can before the injection...gives me a bigger target to hit and I seldom have an injection failure anymore. A nice warm shower with your mate stroking you can double your size, so that the injection can take hold.

Wow !!! the light just turned on for me !!!!

I have often wondered why I have various results injecting trimix.....Sometimes it works well :D and sometimes not.... :(

Last night, I injected....saw a little blood in the syringe and WOW !! I wore out my Honey !!! other times...I get started and it does not last very long. Seems that I have not been getting deep enough and missing where the trimix needs to go.

From now on.....push the needle in harder....watch for a little blood in the syringe....push the plunger (should push easy) and away I go...

Always something to learn

Happy Holidays !!!

Cheers,

Curt

always aspirate....if you don't see blood, you're not in the "sweet". I've been injecting since 1998 and mixing my own bi-mix since 2001.

Jim has already gave you some good advice. I hope you are injecting in 2-3 oclock position, pull it back a little to see if there is blood if it is change locations. Always use 1/2 30ga needles, 5/8 is too small you might hit occassionally hit it but not most of the time. I have been giving injections over 20 years now. If you feel resistance like Bill said pull back just a little it should be going in smooth. Good luck if you have other question jryancey44@frontier.com I will be glad to answer all your questions.

I just want to get this process in gear.

Is this normal to not have a success at first?

Paper,
Jim is right my Uro told me exactly what he did if your erection even goes down just a little its allowing blood flow so no worries. Start timing over. I myself often have it where erections will go down and come back. I have never had to go in for it.
best of luck hope things only get better from here on out!
50 YRS old Have had ED since 2005 started TRT in 2006 have used androgel, fortesta gels, aveed injections, and testapel implants testapel works the best so far. oral meds never really worked for ED used trimix with mixed results.
