Intense pain after Injecting trimix

I have been injecting for at least 6 years slowly moving up the dosage as results diminish.
This weekend I injected and eneded up with an incredible amount of pain and aching.
Never have I had this discomfort from injecting,when I injected I felt a def burn at the tip of the glans possible in the uretha? I got the normal" drive a nail with it hard on" but after we were done the pain became even worse and persisted through the night and even the next day although not fully hard I had remnants of pain,also I could feel my dick starting to get hard and then soften for most the following day which never happens.
Wondering if I nicked hit the uretha of some other spot by accident.
Definately was concerning.
On a positive not I am getting implanted in 3 weeks so hoping my dick sticking days are numbered.

I would only be guessing to offer an explanation but with only 3 weeks to surgery I would use this as an opportunity to say Cest La vie to the injections.

One of the reasons I gave up injections was the pain. The next day after an injection of Quadmix my penis would ache like it got smashed in a door.

Erections were unreliable for many years but viagra worked well for a handful of years, injections were more reliable but never gave me pain like I am experiencing now with it.

I began having severe pain after using Trimix. It would feel like broken glass throughout my penis, and I would have to keep an ice pack on it. Prompted me to move on to an implant. No looking back.
