Not true that only 10 and 20 mcg is available in Europe. In UK, CAVERJECT is available in 40 mcg as is VIRIDAL (brand name for EDEX). Used CAVERJECT 40mcg (24 to 26 mcg each injection) for 5 years. When CAVERJECT was in short supply prescribed VIRIDAL which is identical drug (ALPROSTADIL / PGE1).
80 year old Type2 diabetic, long term ED, pills then injections PGE1. After 4 years they became less effective. Implanted 20/3/2018 by NHS. AMS 700 CX 15+4 cm with MS pump. Never had any significant pain. Still working perfectly and used regularly.

Bluewhipet is right - in the UK Veridal aka PGE1 is available in 40mcg - I can personally attest to that. Although I take 100u of veridal I have never had a fully hard E unless I use a constriction ring of some sort.
Bye the bye, glad to see you are still around Bluewhipet - I have thought of you often and the advice you gave me - maybe I ought to see that chap at Leicester!!

Oh, didn't know. Here in France it's only 10/20 ...
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

With respect to my previous post let me say when you get to my age spelling is so difficult. So let me set the record straight - Veridal should be VIRIDAL and Bluewhipet s/b BLUEWHIPPET. Apologees to 1 and al!

I am having the same issue regarding difficulty orgasming, I don't really mind right now, but my wife complained about it which makes me feel like crap.

I thought I was doing well, she is getting like 5+ orgasms when we use it, I've never had that ability before.

She asked if I'd get sick of not orgasming, I don't think I would really.

If anyone is interested, this problem has gone away for me.

FYI- It may still happen from time to time...I've been injecting some 12 years now and it's happens to me, but not on a regular basis..There is a whole thread here on FT about this very issue- not cuming while taking Trimix. Good Luck...it's all good..

I’ve been injecting for 10 years. For the last 5 years, I’ve been injecting 15 units of 10-30-1 with no failures. As others have mentioned, with intercourse with my wife, I have much longer staying power in most positions and don’t always orgasm during sex. For us, the only semi-reliable position where I can orgasm inside my wife is reverse cowgirl. If I need to orgasm, I often have to masturbate and come on her boobs or in her mouth (which is fine with us, but she really likes a cream pie finish). I had some early Peyronie’s issues from using an auto injector, but have had no recurrence in last 7 years with manual injection. I take an ice pack when we travel and have not had any problems, even with multiple leg flights.
Age 67, Ojochal, Costa Rica. ED related to relapsing remitting MS. Increasing doses of Viagra worked for 10 yrs. Been injecting trimix for last 10 yrs with >95% effectiveness. Erection 10/10 for 2 hours.

There's some members that have injected 30 years on this forum.....My brother has injected for 20 years. The general consensus from most people including urologists will say its not the Trimix that actually stops working its the fact that people don't address the actual problems causing the ED
