Could you recommend an inexpensive pump to get a "chubby" so injections will be easier.

Define inexpensive....

These cylinders are inexpensive....~$26

https://www.amazon.com/Size-Matters-Cyl ... 28&sr=8-10

And come in common sizes....1.75" diameter, 2" and 2.25". They are tapered though....and if you prefer a straight walled one, then LeLuv brand at Amazon are slightly more expensive at around $35-55 each depending on size (you can also find LeLuv at the link at the bottom of the post as well as on eBay):

As for the pump itself, IMO...your best bet is a high quality, metal automotive manual pump with a gauge...they are more expensive but will last a lifetime and can be rebuilt if needed. I use the Mityvac 8510 $72ish:

You may need quick connect couplers and hose....LAPUMP makes the best quality though you can also get slightly lower quality from LeLuv:

Obviously, you can spend a lot on this stuff....if you want a good water pump....the HydroExtreme series from Bathmate is pretty good...though there's no gauge to check pressure (max pressure with their system is 16.25" of Hg...which is pretty darn high).

Ive been pumping for about 12 years. this is the cheapest most reliable i have ever found. My current one is about 4 years old I use it every other day for about 10 minute sessions and I probably have to recharge it about once every 3-4 months.
