Any consensus on delayed orgasm?

Postby TrimixUp » Fri Apr 12, 2013 9:36 pm

New member here. Thanks for the great website.

I've been using trimix for about 5 weeks now with stunning results....very rigid erections that I literally could hang a beach towel from. :? Really, it's a thrilling sensation to put my worries of getting and maintaining an erection behind me.

I was really shocked how effective trimix is, especially since I've been seeing more and more disappointing results with Viagra over the past couple of years. It got to the point where I thought my best option was an implant.

My only issue with trimix is that achieving orgasm is very difficult. I've done it a couple times on my own, still, however, with a lot of difficulty. But I've had no luck having an orgasm with my wife. While she does enjoy my newfound hardness, she's loses her enthusiasm quickly, and unfortunately isn't like some of the partners mentioned on these discussions who revel in their man's sudden ability to make love for hours. After ten minutes or so after she's orgasmed a couple times, she's had enough.

We are both healthy and just over 50 years old. We've tried a variety of positions, non-orgasm-focused lovemaking, all without relief. I'm thinking in my case the trimix is the issue because when the Viagra did on occasion work, I was able to climax easily.

So....the question is, what have other trimix users found helpful to overcome this issue? :?:
I'm considering trying a smaller dose (presently 8-10 units) so I don't get as intensely hard. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I dont think Trimix is your problem. I found that with Trimix my penis is more sensitive and my orgasms stronger. I suggest more foreplay before you have intercourse so that you are excited up more. This should cause you to orgasm sooner. The best I have found is to have my wife rub me with Astroglide and to do a lot of oral before I enter her. Also while you are having intercourse have the wife play with your balls. This usually quickens the orgasm.

Also try to tease and keep her from having an orgasm too fast. When you think shes reaching hers stop and hold back. This will lengthen the time she wants to have sex and may enable you to have an orgasm before she tires.

I have also been experiencing problems reaching orgasms when using Trimix. This morning we were having lazy sex In the spoon position while I rubbed her back. Eventually I could tell she was getting really turned on so we switched to our usual missionary position plus a little oral. She came multiple times and i got close, yet after another 20 minutes I had to give up and hope for the best the next time.

The interesting thing, however, is that I had a really great orgasm the previous week when I used my VED and a tight Osbon tension band. Constriction reduces the sensation in my erection and makes ejaculation more difficult; however, I still had a great orgasm. I think TrimixUp and I are suffering from the same issues with Trimix - great erections but problems achieving orgasms.

Dwarren

A friend told me something interesting. He sad that he recently read as a man gets old, the glans(head) 0f the penis gets less sensitive, and that the shaft especially at the rear near the base gets very sensitive. Ive noticed this too. He said what he does is change postions where the shaft gets better stimulattion including using longer strokes. He said he c ums faster if his wife is on top in the rear cowgirl position. Thats the woman on top facing your feet.

Another thing , depending on your thickness, you may want to use less lubicant so as to cause more friction on your penis. Ive done this and both wife and I liked it and feel more. Of couse Im not very thick so maybe thats why. Do you orgasms faster when you have oral sex. I thin k most men do because there seems to be more pressure exerted on the penis.

Just some suggestions Shipper

I don't think its Trimix. So whats the big deal if you take while? Most women complain that the guy is too fast. Enjoy it and let it last as long of both you like it.

I too, have had a hard time achieving orgasm the first time we try.
It actually works out well since after resting or sleeping for 40 minutes or so, it gets very hard and the second time it is great.
On my 75th birthday, it took three tries, but I really enjoyed the present.
My wife worries that I'll have a heart attack, but everything seems to go well.

Mae West (remember her?) said it better, "a good man is hard when you find him."

I have had the same difficulty but it doesn't happen all the time....I think the Trimix makes our penises so hard the sensitivity gets compromised... I notice it's not an issue with my girlfriend if she does oral sex on me or she gives me a nice HJ, but we use condoms during intercourse and that really dulls the sensation....and it's frustrating to have no control in the opposite direction..lol...and the feeling is the same as pre-mature ejacualtion afterwards ..you feel good but not quite that good if you get my drift...I have found a big difference if I just take 100mgs of Viagra and no injection....the sensitivity is like normal and I can orgasm freely.....just goes to show you there's no magic bullett....no replacement for being young and in good sexual shape etc...Don't get me wrong, Trimix is as close as it gets...just got to go with the flow...I used to be disappointed if I didn't ejaculate inside my gal....but now I'm ok with a hand or oral ending....sometimes...:-)....It's certainly an adeventure

Here i am four years later to report my anorgasmia progress. Decreasing my trimix dose to the minimum was helpful at first, though now im back to the point where this trick doesnt work. Sigh.

Well I posted my woes on this thread three years ago, and think I've finally found an answer. Since starting trimix I've had great success getting very, very hard, but I've rarely been able to have an orgasm. Perhaps 80% of my solo and partnered activity occurs without reaching orgasm.
I've discussed this with my GP and with my urologist. I've tried about everything including switching up on the meds I'm on, sensate focussing exercises, a strong vibrator, etc, etc, all to no avail. Very frustrating. My wife and I had come to accept that this was our new way of being.
Earlier today I read an online post where another man on trimix believed his orgasmic difficulties on trimix were related to being too hard. I agree in that I've also found when the trimix kicks in I'm so hard that it seems my penis is less sensitive.
So, earlier this morning, with my wife out-of-town and time on my hands, I began experimenting and shot up with about half my usual dose, 3 rather than my usual 6-8, and found I got half hard, but I was easily able to masturbate to full hardness...not the usual trimix steel-hardness, but nice and firm like in the days before I used any meds at all to get hard...
I hadn't climaxed in perhaps six weeks, so I was amazed and thrilled when I had an absolutely stunning orgasm in about 10 minutes.
To make sure this wasn't a fluke bit of luck, I tried again tonight using the lower dose, again with reaching orgasm easily. And keep in mind that I haven't climaxed twice in a day for at least five years.
Hope this technique works for others as well. I'm excited to hear of your results!
The trick, at least for me, was lessening the dose of trimix to get almost but not fully hard. Typically I'd be rock- hard 15 minutes after injection. With the newer technique I get nice and chubby in 15 minutes, but not stiff. Then with a bit of stimulation by you or your partner, you hopefully will get fully hard, similar to how it worked for us in our twenties. If you aren't able to get yourself fully hard, try a bit higher dose next time. Good luck!

I suffer from both ED and multiple sclerosis, which, for me, reduces sensitivity in the penis. When I inject trimix, I get a rock hard erection for 1-1/2 - 2 hours. My gf likes it, because she is multiorgasmic and will usually have 10+ orgasms in our approximately one hour session. We usually start with oral, then move to a variety of vaginal orgasms in multiple positions, withs anal occasionally thrown in as well (she orgasms from anal sex as well). At the end of the hour or so, gf is finally sated. Since I haven't ejeaculated yet, I will masturbate, usually finishing in my GF's mouth. She would like me to finish in her vagina or ass, so we are still working on it. May look at decreasing dosage a tad. All in all, this is a small, problem for us.
