What Does Fibrosis Feel Like?

I've injected for about 9 months now and recently notice a thick spot on the inner penis or core, whatever you call it. I suspect some of my injections went too deep and perhaps caused irritation or unfortunately maybe some kind of cyst along the urethral bundle? It's kind of terrifying but only hurts if I pinch it hard and I'm pretty sure the pain is from injecting too often which I've been doing.

Has anyone gotten fibrosis in the very inner part of the penis from injecting and or what do you think this is... cyst, tumors, I can't think of anything benign it could be except extreme swelling of something in there. It's fairly dense, but it's not curving my penis or making it rigid or pull in any direction.

As I have mentioned many times, I had problems hitting the sweet spot when injecting on my left side. Since I was so focused on that side, I noticed something running from my base up to almost the glands that looked like some sort of nerve. It went through most of my target area. I thought perhaps that was causing my problems. Due the lack of color, I was fairly certain that it wasn’t a vein.

Initially, I went into panic modethinking it was C, but did some research and suspected it was fibrosis, which is not too uncommon after an RP. I had my 3 month check up last week with my uro and had him check it out and he told me it was nothing to be concerned about.

I also have something cyst like near the glands. I had him check that out as well and told me not to worry about it.

So, it sounds like I have something similar that did not concern my Uro.
