Anyone use TRIMIX with added Lidocaine or Xylocaine?
Anyone use TRIMIX with added Lidocaine or Xylocaine?
Using Alprostidil was causing way too much pain so I switched to Trimix 6 injections ago. The results we better and less painful.....but still painful. My Urologist suggested adding lidocaine (xylocaine) to the mix to deaden the pain. The Pharmacist confirmed that they do this for some patients. Has anyone out there done this? Does it also deaden the sensation in your cock?

Re: Anyone use TRIMIX with added Lidocaine or Xylocaine?
We have prescription numbing cream that my wife uses when she wants anal sex and it will numb my cock to the point I can't feel it and there for can not cum.
So I have to wear a condom if that is the activity we are doing.
So if that is the result of TriMix with lidocaine, I would give it a pass and try bimix.
I'm very happy with bimix after switching from from trimix due to the pain I get from trimix.

When I first used Trimix the compounding pharmacy mixed lidocaine per the Dr prescription. It worked very well without pain. I couldn’t tolerate it without the Lido, pain lasting 3-4 hours. The pharmacy later refused to add lido saying the Trimix producer would not let them. Switched to Bimix and my doc titrated simultaneous sildenafil to get a better result. My erections were just enough for penetration but did not last giving me the feeling I had to rush. Not a good experience for my wife and I. That is what prompted me to get an implant.
