Technique to making the TriMix injection work even better.

Like others, I use a VED to get a chubby, then inject. Using this method I haven't missed the target since.

Now I have to work on the PE to get it longer than a few minutes. Sad to have such an enormous erection and only really get the real pleasure over a few minutes.

My Premature Ejaculation (minute man) was a primary reason that started Trimix.

When I started using Trimix my wife got upset that I came so quickly. Even though I could continue without losing my erection.
I tried explaining it makes me feel more energized. Since I no longer need to hold back from the fucking.

What I have tried to do is get into the action, then when I feel I'm going to ejaculate I hold back, and purposely try to make it a silent orgasm.

I have experienced what you refer to as "dry orgasms" several times since being on Trimix/Quad mix. Sometimes I have had a dry orgasm first which can than be followed by the complete real orgasm, cum and all. I have read several articles of men experiencing "dry orgasms" and even how a man can train himself to have them...

I started using Trimix after Alprostadil resulted in painful erections that were less than sufficient.

I have used Trimix a total of 4 times.... increaisng from .3 to .7ml. Not ROCK HARD, but if I wear a cock ring, it's good enough for vaginal sex. BUT the aching in my penis is still there!...It isn't as bad as with Alprostadil....but it is still there! Does this ever go away? I heard 1 pharmcist say if you wrap you cock with a warm wash cloth after injecting, it lessens the pain?

Anyone have any experince with this? Suggestions?

I take 100mg sildenafil before injecting less than half the Trimix I would otherwise need. This eliminates pain for me. But, if you do this you MUST go through the titrating-up process all over again, being sure to take the sildenafil at least an hour before injecting to get it fully into your bloodstream, one-and-a-half or two hours before if you have food in your stomach. Otherwise you risk priapism! This is the reason that conservative urologists won't write both Trimix and sildenafil prescriptions.

ONLY AFTER you know how much Trimix you need, can you take them both together safely.

Thanks for all the sharing of experience on here.
I have started using Trimix have injected 4 times with two decent results. One time the auto injector slipped just as pressed the button and hit a blood vessel and penis and pubic area bruised a lot. Took about two weeks to go away. The next two shots I just used the needle. I like it better. I am uncut so have the skin to deal with so I took a piece of soft cord a looped it around the head and looped around faucet to be able to pull on penis.
Worked great, freed up both hands. Last injection gave me a good erection but as soon as reached climax he when soft. Trying one more time and report to dr. For adjustment. I have a blood cancer and had a heart transplant 5 years ago and doctors approved me using injection. Sorry I waited 5 years to ask. Thanks again for the sharing of information.

ejefowe - i believe Alprostadil is part of the "Trimix" you have in the USA... so if you had pain with just Alprostadil, it'll be the same with Trimix.

Mackrazor - wow, your technique seems way too complicated man! I am uncut and have a small penis but the foreskin has never caused any real issues with injecting. It's best to have your partner do it for you, but if for some reason it's not an option you can still inject without all the cords and stuff...

Hey Hunchback! Thanks for weighing in. You are correct. I am one of the 1 in 20 who has penile "ache" from Alprostadil, and YES, Trimix has the same ache.....though LESS! (thank fucking GOD!!!) I just got a new script of Trimix that included a small amount of Lidocaine which many of the pharmacies patients have used, with success, to numb te pain, but not the sensation. I am waiting for the wife to get around to me (not often these day) so I can try it out!!!

THE FINDINGS ARE IN....... I got around to filling my latest script of Trimix with.1ml of lidocaine added to the 3 ml bottle. Though a saml ache remains.....it was MUCH better that it has ever been! I will say that I had stopped using 5ml Cialis daily, and the hard-on was not as good. Think I'll start taking Cialis again ONLY before I inject.

Cialis / Oral medications will help your overall bloodflow in the area, depending on how well you react to it you might get a helf-on or full hard-on just with it already, so in theory the results combined with injections will be even better / longer.
But... that's in theory. In my personal experience combining pills and injections doesn't drastically change the end result. It does help a bit, but it's not like 1+1=2. What i mean is, for some reason, at least for me, the effects don't completely "stack", they are just better overall.
Taking a pill 1-2h before a planned sex session is also great for fooling around, getting a more "natural" effect of hanging around with a flowing semi-erection while watching a movie with the wife, etc.

The downsides are the obvious pill side effects, that i really hate (headache, stuffed nose, seeing ping, anal dilation). Another thing i've noticed is that if i am half-erect because of pills when injecting, the injection site tends to bleed more than usual. It's nothing major, but still it takes a bit longer to stop having a "drop of blood" forming over the site, so we have to hold an alcohol swab for longer, massage it longer and be careful not to put a cockring too soon or risk having more bleeding and/or a bruise forming.
This is all minor tho, even tho it might sound scary. It's mostly the side effects that bother me, to be honest.

Thanks for the info Hunchback. I had heard from one "professional" source of the added benefit of Cialis before injection....will try that next time. Unfortunately I cannot get hard AT ALL without injections or pump; my "nerve sparing" surgery was not nerve sparing at all. So any added thickness during foreplay after taking a pill JUST, WON'T HAPPEN!!! (sigh)
