My doctor wants me to try Caverject injection
against my venous leakage. I myself would like to have implants, but I have promised him to try injections. Took my first dose of 5 mg today and little happened, but not much. It happens more without injection. Should raise dose next time. Also tested with the cock ring and the was yet a little better. It became a thicker penis. However, not enough good. Still better without.
Do you have any tips for me? Do you have suggestions for penis ring for me with fairly large venous leakage.
Otherwise, I am 42 years old and perfectly healthy. Have always had venous leakage.

Re: Caverject dual and venous leakage
After 20 plus years of trying different types of constriction, I have found the Osbon tension band to be the most effective. You can find several threads regarding theOsbon in the Pumping Forum.
My Uro suspected I had a venous leak and also recommended I try injections before going through the expensive testing routine. Because he wanted to overcome the loss of blood due to the leak,he started me out at 25 mg of Trimix and eventually had to increase the dosage to 45 mg before getting the desired results. Since you are trying to offset a hole in the "dam" you may want to increase the dosage.

Re: Caverject dual and venous leakage
If you have venous leakage you are likely to need a much larger dose. Doctors always start on a low dose to avoid possibility of priapism ( less likely with Caverject (PGE1) than Trimix). I have your problem and need about 25 mcg of Caverject for a good result. i find both duration and rigidity are improved if I use a constriction band before injecting to help trap the PGE1 in the cavernosa. From what I read I would probably need a smaller dose of Trimix but it is not available in UK. I have read that in Caverject trials the average dose required was 21.7 mcg so 5 mcg is not likely to help those with severe ED.
80 year old Type2 diabetic, long term ED, pills then injections PGE1. After 4 years they became less effective. Implanted 20/3/2018 by NHS. AMS 700 CX 15+4 cm with MS pump. Never had any significant pain. Still working perfectly and used regularly.

Caverject (alprostadil) is a good drug and works well for many men, but not for all. You must titrate the injectable doses until you find a dose that gives you
a good quality and sustainable effect. Some men require stronger meds to achieve this. Be careful of that "c. ring" medveteran
