MIK,

As Woody Allen once said to question: "Is Sex Dirty?"
"Only if you're doing it right" ...

Same goes for sticks with needles -- are you doing it right? (Also was that first shot at the Doc's office?
Usually he'd stick you the first time and check you out after 10 minutes to see the results and then might give you instructions for the next shot (by yourself).

Also when you are pressing the plunger to inject, you should not feel much resistance when pressing the plunger.
If you do feel resistance you probably missed the Corpus and injected just into flesh (which might also sting a lot -- or get a little bubble of fluid showing).

Maybe describe what you did bit more how the first shot went in ..
1) needle location by O'clock dial locations (9-11 or 1-3) ..
2) did the needle itself meet resistance on the way in and then 'give way' as it passes thru the Corpus membrane..
3) you might even see a tiny bit of blood backing into syringe if you just let it sit there for a few seconds (without even pulling plunger back).
4) finally .. is there very little resistance as you press the plunger?

a lot of guys get no joy atfirst because of a misplaced shots.

So type a little more ... this time with the CAPS LOCK key off if you can ... all lower case is just fine ....

RP 2008 ... MUSE 2008-9 .. TriMix Gel 2009 .. Trimix 2009-2015 ... PGE-1 2016-2019 ..Misoprostal 2019 Onward. All worked.

Hi Jimstars, not much of a typer, sorry for all caps.My 1st shot was given by my uro who I have been seeing for about 10 years. He took care of me when I was diagnosed with pc in 2008. Anyway,he gave me the shot ,came back in after about 10 min, I had some reaction but not a lot.He sent me home with 2 loaded syringes,20 and 30 units each... I received no instructions.I self taught myself reading this forum and surfing the net.. I really feel that I am doing the injections right..I think maybe I need larger dose or stronger formula. Will be seeing a male nurse on Friday.I am a little upset that I was sent home with no instructions..BTW,Thursday is my birthday, maybe will get a present on Friday. mik

OK guys, I've moved from 10 units to 30 of Bimix and the 30 seems to be working good. I am still experimenting, I hope to get a lady friend involved soon. Hope the pressure to perform does not cancel the Bimix.
I really appreciate all of the input from you guys.
Keep it coming!
Richard

To All : Currently there are 15 combinations of Papaverine/Phentolamine/Prostaglandin. Mixes 1-4 are bi-mixes 5-15 are trimixes. Again, there is no one mix for all.
Men who qualify for self-injection therapy need to start with he weaker mixes first for the most part. It is usually never known who will respond to what mix and what
injectable dose to start. Your effort is to avoid prolonged erectile effects which may lead to full blown priapism....which can ruin your whole day. medveteran
