Cancerous prostate removed in January of 2021. Nerve damage exacerbated an already ED problem to no erection response whatsovever. Urologist recommended and started injections in October 2021 and the starter Tri-mix brew is 24.1 Pop, 893 Phen and 8.9 Alpro. This worked like a charm with 10 units injected and giving me a 2-3 hour hang-a-towel boner and no aftereffects like soreness or achyness. Solid the whole time. I was acting like quite the studmuffin. A couple months ago things seemed to fade much quicker than normal and I initially attributed it to a new refill. Second refill much the same shortening erection time even after slowly upping the dosage to now 20 units as suggested by my urologist. For those of this community that have experienced this decline and given what my Tri-Mix recipe is, what would be the next step up on the total prescription, looking to get back the longevity of my erection? I believe that the Alpro is the magic erection time gatekeeper, what could that number be? I'd like to be better informed when I go to my urologist with some ideas on the next steps up. Not surprising, he is very aware of FrankTalk and its self-help guidance from its readers and members.
Any help given is very much appreciated.

Re: Next Steps?
At this point I see no reason to question your doctors advice. Your current mix is far from being strong. Ask him for the next stronger mix or what he suggests.
Be sure to read as many of the old injection threads as you can stand.
Good luck.
