Suddenly three superbimix misses

Hello all

I have to first acknowledge that injections have been a boon. Been using it consistently since November last year. Prescribed a super bimix (60/2) and stable at around 17 units. Was working well on both sides and hardly any misses. However, I recently have had three consecutive misses when injected on the left side. The right side injection seems fine. Wondering how to avoid misses on the left now since I did not have any issues for the past few months.

Are you completely flaccid?

If so try using VED (pump) to get blood into the penis. This has two benefits.
First makes finding and hitting the target Corpora Cavernosum easier, plus it gets the blood flowing in the penis making for a quicker erection.

thanks sogwap. I am flaccid- but I had never problems with that before. Also, yesterday - I also had a miss on the right side as well. I think maybe in addition to VED (I dont have one now), I probably should try increasing the dose. Thinking of trying 20 on the left today.

Any feedback.

Regarding misfires. When you inject are you able to feel/see the corpus cavernosum?
If not most likely you are simply guessing.

I've noticed that guys who miss are often completely flaccid and often quite nervous.
The corpus cavernosum is like a balloon. When flaccid the corpus cavernosum can be quite small, but when filled with blood becomes full and more ridged. The idea is not to have a full erection but to start the blood flow.

Thanks sogwap. How do you feel/see the corpus cavernosum when flccid?. I understand getting the blood flow and have a better than flaccid penis. If you dont have a VED, maybe massaging the penis for a few bit may help the blood flow?

In my limited experience, I can not feel the corpus cavernosum when completely flaccid. That's why I prime the pump to get blood flowing. When I use my VED, I can both feel and see the target. And haven't missed in over one year.
Correction, I did miss once, but I knew immediately. As nothing happened, after 5 minutes of nothing (no erection), I injected a second time which I have never done before.)

Thanks sogwap for your advise and observation. So an update: So I refreshed my understanding by watching a lot of videos regarding injecting. The one thing I was not doing is taking in air in the injection before inserting in the vial to displace air and then taking the medication inside the injection. I sort of plumped up (had taken 20 mg tadalafil earlier in the day) the penis and then injected on the left side. To my horror, the needle had bent when I took it out. I thought this would be a miss and was thinking of reinjecting on the other side. But better sense prevailed and I thought I would wait for the 5 to 10 minutes (that it typically gets me for the med to work) and it worked indeed.

I havent tried since but will try tonight to insert it on the other side with 22 units and see what happens.

Another miss!- This time I am sure that I hit it correctly- and I dont think it was a miss. Had 22 units injected in the right side at around 3 location. But hardly got a chubby. Is it possible that the medication is old and I have to replace with new?. Even with the one on Monday- I did get an erection but it was not solid hard rock- actually did not have sex and wife was not upto it.

Maybe will try 27 on the left side today. I never had any issues with injecting over the past few months and certainly did not miss that often hardly a couple in more than 30 injection till end of August. I am disappointed and frurstrated.

My understanding is that bimix should be used for 28 - 30 days. I renew my med every month. Yes, too old, and it will lose its effectiveness, and become an infection risk. I always pump up slightly with the VED before injecting.
Also, after you have placed the needle, you can try aspirating slightly. If blood enters the syringe, you are probably in the right place. If the injection flows inward easily, you are most likely in the right place.

Thanks Lawnman- I am pretty sure most of the time (that i have missed)- it did go in pretty easily. Not noticed blood even when there were no misses earlier. I am suspicious this vial has lost his efficacy- I have used vials earlier for at least a couple of months - even 3 months with no issues. This was was dispensed on Aug 14 and said BUD of 28-sep
