For the most part, I keep 1 vial of Trimix in the fridge and the rest of the vials in the freezer. When the vial in the fridge is empty I will take another vial down from the freezer and place it in the fridge......and I just keep doing that.
My question is can I just keep all vials in the freezer and when I want to inject, thaw the vials, load the syringe, and place the vial back in the freezer.....basically keep thawing and refreezing the vial as I use it? Can I do that? Does it affect the quality of the Trimix or will it last longer (which is why I wanna do it)?

I freeze all my vials and only thaw enough to inject and then they go right back into the freezer. I only notice a drop in efficacy towards the end of the vial when, for me, i have 3-4 injections left. I’m still using vials from 2022.

I thaw and refreeze as needed.
Re: THAW AND REFREEZE
I've been injecting Trimix for about 10 years, and have froze and thawed the Trimix as needed with noticeable reduction in efficacy. Upon receiving the Trimix I draw up several syringes, freeze them and the vial. I remove a syringe out of the freezer as needed. I've been doing that for years and never noticed it effected the Trimix to loose it's potency.

Re: THAW AND REFREEZE
Hi
When freezing a syringe how much free space is needed to prevent breakage of syringe.
I am assuming the trimix being a liquid will expand with freezing.
11 ml is my target injection.
