If they didn't make the price clear upfront, before anything was done, then it sounds fraudulent to me.

I believe you can dispute any charge on your credit card -- just make sure you get the process started BEFORE you pay your CC bill.

I guess anybody can sue anybody over anything, but I wouldn't worry about it at this point.

I suppose that's worth a try, but they'll probably be quite persistent and threatening to you.
I'd first try the BBB, it worked when my son had a problem with ADT. We couldn't get the bank to stop paying them no matter what we did. He ended up changing banks then we used the BBB with very good results.
I hate hearing these stories about men's clinics. I considered going to one for the $100 guaranteed visit. Dodged that bullet somehow.
I also don't like how some uro docs push surgery right out of the box. It's what pays them the most.
I can actually remember when doctors actually cared for patients before the $. Sorry to rant.
