technique to hit the right target and avoid urethra

Hello All

i am applying the technique i learned from the nurse of injecting. i am holding penis at 12 o clock and injecting 10 and 2 o clock ensuring avoiding any visible viens

how to ensure i do not inject urethra and is the technique right if the needle goes in smoothly?

if it doesnt can i pull the needle out and find another spot and then press the plunger?

please advise

You're in a corpus if the plunger depresses without resistance, as if the needle were in air, and there's no pain when the fluid comes out of the needle. If these two conditions are not met, you might try pushing in further, especially if you are using a 5/16in=8mm needle, indenting the penis with the syringe nose. Or you could have gone right through the corpus, especially if you are using a 1/2in=13mm needle, in which case pull out slightly and try to inject. Neither of these adjustments working, pull out and try another spot.

Thin penises usually need 5/16, thick ones 1/2.

When I inject properly, hitting the corpus, the needle doesn't go in smoothly, because the corpus has a tough "casing" which offers resistance.

There's no damage in hitting the urethra, you'll just get some blood coming out the "pee hole." What you don't want to do is inject the top, at 12-noon. There's a big nerve there.

This diagram shows erect corpora; when limp they're much thinner. That's why they're hard to hit!

I've been using Trimix about once every 8 days since February and finally went to my offside yesterday. Went to my left side, took my time after plumping up and was a super successful injection, I will keep alternating now.
