Thank you.

Sorry for delayed response.
I’ve never tried the injection version since transurethral has worked for me. Injecting with needle is probably more reliable, as sometimes it’s difficult to get it in there. But, when it does get in there, with the aid of 40mg of Viagra, I’m golden for about an hour. Erections I don’t think last as long as with injection. But, wow, what a nice reliable thing to have in the arsenal. I had RP 7 years ago.

Injections are localized and won't affect blood pressure like oral PED5s. I have fairly low BP all the time and taking ED pills will make me tired AF as well as give me dizzy spells if I stand too quickly, etc. Mixing the two should be fine in terms of BP...provided you don't have low BP issues with ED pills to begin with.

Hi there!

I’ve actually tried combining low-dose Viagra with Trimix in the past, so I can share a bit about my experience with this approach. When I was using both, I found that a small dose of sildenafil (around 25 mg) along with a reduced Trimix dose gave me a firmer, more natural-feeling erection compared to Trimix alone. By lowering my Trimix dosage from about 0.15 to 0.1, the sildenafil helped boost the overall effect without leading to an excessive response or unwanted side effects. It worked well for a while, but it took some trial and error to find the right balance that felt comfortable and effective.

Eventually, I decided to stick with just Viagra (sildenafil) because it felt simpler and gave me the results I was looking for without the need for injections. The flexibility of taking a pill made it more convenient for me personally, and I found that sildenafil alone was enough to maintain the kind of firmness I wanted. Just keep in mind that everyone’s experience may vary, so starting with a low dose of each might help you see how your body responds without overdoing it. It’s important to use only high-quality Viagra (sildenafil) from reliable sources to ensure its effectiveness and safety, as low-quality versions may not work as intended and could even cause harmful side effects.

Try substituting Levitra for Viagra, much less side effects and much better result. If you are in Europe you can get Stendra.

It drops my BP, one time I tried in the morning ( BP usually around 130/80 ) and after feeling weird checked and my BP was 90/50.
Hard to be romantic when wife is saying “ you don’t look good, should I call 911”

My BP climbs during the day so I just know to be careful now.
