My Own TriMix Journey

I thought it would be helpful to others starting their injection therapy that I pass along my own experience with TriMix. The most important thing I have learned is that the strength of the RX is completely different than the dose injected.

The three ingredients in TriMix are Alprostadil, Papaverine, and Phentolamine. It is the combination of these three that determines the strength. Then, it is the amount ( dose ) of the Rx injected that determines the quality of the erection.

For me, my doctor started me with Alprostadil 5.9 MCG / Papaverine HCL 17.65 MG / Phentolamine MES 0.59. I started at 10 units, then slowly increased to 20, then 30, the 40, till I reached the maximum suggested at 50 units. Over those five injection sessions I did not achieve the results I wanted. I reacted well to the TriMix but the Rx produced only some thickness but no length or firmness. And it didn’t last more than 20 minutes.

I asked the doctor for a stronger Rx. He prescribed Trimix #5 (10mg/30mg/1mg) /mL. Again, as he instructed, I started with dose of 10 units and slowly worked my way up 50 units. Although the quality of my erection was better with greater length and fullness, it wasn’t providing me with any firmness. I did note that I responded quicker to the injection, it taking less time to produce an erection than before. The first Rx took 10 to 15 minutes for me to get hard, where this time I got erect in 5 minutes. And my erection lasted about an hour this time.

During a follow up visit with him I explained that the new Rx was still not giving me an erection that was satisfactory, so he prescribed an increase in the strength of the Rx. My third prescription was for Trimix #8 (20mcg/30mg/2mg) /mL. I followed the same schedule as before increasing the dose 10 units at a time. 30 units was the charm. My erection was long and thick and extremely firm. My “little buddy” was standing tall again. Almost like it was prior to my surgery. And most impressive was that I was hard for over two hours. I was a happy man!

So, for you fellas starting the journey using TriMix I can only say that it will take time. If you don’t get the results your looking for your doctor may have to increase the strength, and you will need to experiment with the dose. It takes time but it’s worth it to get your manhood back again.
