This is one of two Sudafeds. It is phenylephrine which my urologist told me to keep on hand in case of an over-four-hour erection. The other Sudafed is just plain "Sudafed," which is pseudoephedrine, also used for priapism, but my layman's review of several priapism medical reports which I found on the Internet showed phenylephrine used every time. Since my doctor said to use phenylephrine, I assume it's the best. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) "Nonprescription Drug Advisory Committee" has decided that Sudafed PE or any oral phenylephrine is "not effective" for nasal congestion, so they are recommending that the FDA remove oral phenylephrine (Sudafed PE and the many other brands) from sale. (Injectable phenylephrine is not affected by this recommendation.)
Some FT guys claim that one of the Sudafeds helps with delayed ejaculation. I have not experimented with this yet, but I'd like to keep my options open.
FDA's action is obvious government overreach. Phenylephrine has been used since 1938, so I assume it works for somebody's colds and sneezing.
FDA accepts public comments at www.FDA.gov.
This is not the first time that I've personally had problems with Federal government agencies (no, not the IRS). They're overmanned and full of make-work and due for cutbacks.

Sudafed PE may disappear
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

I'm given the OG sudafed - pseudoephedrine. I thought it's more effective then phenylephrine but it's restricted because people turn it into meth, so harder to get.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

I bought a box of 24 and was shocked it was $8.50!
Before the crackheads started using it it was dirt cheap.
