Jayguy, I'm not sure I agree with your equation. You and I may be using syringes that are calibrated differently.

On that syringe, 100 tics = 1ml = 1cc. Therefore 10 tics = .1ml = .1cc.

At the dosages were injecting, the desirable PT141 effects are not as pronounced as they were at higher dosages but they are still there and contribute to our love making.

Can I ask who your supplier is?

Hello @niarceel. I ran across your older post on "Getting Rid of an Erection" which led me to your journey with PT-141. I have experimented a lot with PT-141 (including branded Vyleesi) and had mixed results. For erection quality and reliability, I have moved on to TriMix injections which are working very well. But I am still not having reliable orgasms.

I started on PT-141 due to a study Dr. Irwin Goldstein presented at the May 2024 AUA conference that supported PT-141 (specifically Vyleesi) as helping anorgasmia. I would appreciate your comments on the efficacy of PT-141 specifically on anorgasmia due to age-related sensitivity loss. Thanks!

I have used about 30 mg of PT141 over the last 1.5 years. I'm a trimix user and have not had success with orgasms from trimix induced erections (with or without PT141. Not a problem for me personally as I'm more than happy to still be in the game with my beloved. I told my wife "Cumming is over rated" compared to the joy of pleasing her and being intimate with her. I will say that I get aroused psychologically and get partial erections (not enough to penetrate the wife) from PT 141 and can have orgasms in that state (no trimix involved) so it must be the trimix.

Can you provide a link to the study/presentation by Goldstein? I searched but couldn't find this specifically. Thanks!

I'm getting there. A few years ago, I couldn't have imagined having sex without an orgasm. When it first happened, I was distraught for days. Now I am beginning to appreciate the experience. But it will be difficult for me to accept it as a permanent state with no hope of a vaginal or oral orgasm. I totally avoid masturbating because I don't want to become accustomed to only my own touch.
