I documented my start in the ICI world. A challenge I have is that my dose of 30/3/20 is hard to titrate because my ideal dose is somewhere between 1.25 and 3. It's very hard to measure the doses on my 0.3ml syringes - the gradient lines make it hard to be precise. In the other thread, I mused over the option of diluting the 30/3/20 to make measuring more repeatable.
I purchased two 30ml bottles of bacteriostatic water: one to empty to receive the newly combined solution and one to use for a water source. (I couldn't figure out how to procure an empty sterile bottle so emptying a bottle seemed the only way. Open to suggestions because it is very tedious to empty 30ml of water.) Then I put 1ml of TriMix and 3ml of water into the new bottle. I believe I now have a sterile, with benzyl alcohol for preservative, solution that is ¼ the strength of the original 30/3/20 TriMix. If I injected 2.5 units before, I will now inject 10 units. The goal being to more precisely inject 9 or 11 or whatever as my experiment continues.
Although I have made this new mix, I have a couple of days (the wife's in charge!) until I actually inject. Any comments or corrections or warnings would be appreciated.

You can also ask your doctor to prescribe a lower concentration trimix next time.
Your trimix is even stronger that what my compounding pharmacy labels "Super"-trimix. It is not for beginners.

I think I'd start at 5 to 7 units. I wouldn't wait for the wife. Try a no pressure solo run with less than you think you will need to check for reaction. Then adjust as necessary for the wife or another trial solo run if necessary.
Always consult your doctor or pharmacist. I'm just a bubba with a keyboard.

Thanks. If the effectiveness of this mix continues to be super strong, I will definitely ask for a weaker mix. My problem is that I have about 2 years left in this vial and I'm not anxious to toss it.

I had a break of a couple of days before the next actual go time, so I took bldoink's suggestion to do a non-performance trial. Given that 2 units at full dose often, but not always, brought me close to priapism, I injected 5 diluted units which theoretically equated to 1.25 full units. Results were good. I had a good erection that subsided after 2.5 hours. I helped it along with some ice but no Sudafed or phenylephrine.
Two days later, for real action, I upped it to 8 units. In retrospect, the jump from 5 to 8 was too much, but I didn't want to fail under pressure. The erection, as expected, was solid and orgasm ensued. However at 2.5 hrs, there was no abatement so I took 120mg pseudoephedrine and began some pushups and planks. I detected a bit of decline after 4 hours but not enough, so in went 50 units of phenylephrine. Within 2 minutes, down he went.
It's nice to know that I can respond to such low doses of 30/3/20 TriMix and that injected phenylephrine works reliably to avert priapism but I don't want to establish a routine of shooting myself twice for every encounter. I'm hoping that my diluted mix will settle in at 5-6 units time after time. More tests to come!

Re: Diluting TriMix
Another update. With good success last time at just 5 diluted units, I repeated that for the next real event. The result was acceptable but not ideal. My erection lasted about 45 minutes; enough to get me and the wife across the finish line. I came pretty quickly (which, considering my creeping anorgasmia, I count as a good sign) and I stayed hard enough to continue thrusting for the wife's enjoyment. But as soon as she was done, my erection disappeared. There were some further signs over the next hour but it would not have been good enough for sex. In this case, the 5 units worked but just barely. I'm going to slowly work my way up, next time at 6.
