Same thing happened with me, I got drunk and couldn't remember how the device worked. So I pulled out the needle and did it myself. I now have it down to a science, injecting both sides with 100% success. I plump with a VED and then pick my spot. I insert the needle very slowly (very), no blood, nothing, not painful and knowing within 15 minutes I will be having the best sex of my life, way better than being young. I am 68, been on Trimix for a year and no more premature ejaculation. Our longest session was an hour and a half. Wore my wife out while collapsing in a heap myself.
