It would be great if all urologists knew this level of detail, but some have more expertise in other areas of urology than Men’s sexual health. Sometimes they are working their way down a set menu of mixes the compounding pharmacy provided. But many compounding pharmacies can make custom mixes. A mix that might work better for you.
Do you need more rigidity? Or for the duration of the effect to be longer? Or both? Or are you having pain? Tweaks to the Prostaglandin (PGE), Papaverine, or Phentolomine might help.
In short:
Need more rigidity? Increase the concentration of PGE.
Need more effect duration? Increase the concentration of Papaverine.
Need more rigidity AND duration? Increase the concentration of both PGE and Papaverine.
Having pain? Decrease the PGE or switch to BiMix.
