I've been on Trimix for a few months now. Trying to get dialed in like every one else. I'm 69 and my partner is 65. I think I've finally found the right dosage for PIV but here's my dilemma. I give myself an injection and then we start foreplay. I orally satisfy my wife first before we do anything else. I'm usually pretty hard by then, but start to lose some hardness while satisfying her. By the time she gets on top of me I'm 75 or 80%. Has anyone else experienced this? I almost want to skip the preliminaries and get right to it. I'm pretty sure she could be satisfied with PIV sex since I'm no longer losing my erection with the Trimix.

there are some moments in my hour plus sessions where I am not rock hard, probably 80%. When I experience this we change position or just stop and kiss for a while, my faith in the Trimix is so strong that i know its going to get like rock again. Or add ten percent more Trimix, unless your erection is already at the 4-hour point.

Trimix has been very effective for me, but not perfect. I have my dose to where I usually have an erection for 2-3 hours…but when I am active it gets a bit softer, so I usually use a pump and rings as well. Once we are done and I am relaxed, the erection comes back like a rock for the next hour or two. Inconvenient but it has worked for me for a decade. I’ll probably move to an implant soon.

I could use less for a shorter duration erection, but then it might be insufficiently hard for long enough. It’s a balance.

What dosage (how many units of trimix) are you using?
And how long does your erection last?

In another post you said you are using 35 units. If that is your dosage, a stronger strength Trimix maybe in order.

For better erections have you tried using a cock ring? I found that using a cock ring I would have stronger erection with less Trimix. An added benefit is that once you are finished, you remove the ring and (hopefully) you are not stuck with a raging hard-on.
