I received my first Trimix “how to” and wow!
My dosage was 0.3 I gave him a few wake up shakes for stimulation per the doctor and bam. In less than 3 minutes I had a great erection!
After about an hour I could feel that it was engorged with blood and it felt like l could hammer nails with it. I’d not had an erection like that in years!
At the 1.5 hour mark it actually was kind of annoying because there was no hiding it and it was so freaking hard. I had one heck of a hard on from 0930-1430! By1437 it finally went down.
For future doses I’m thinking 0.2 or 0.1
I’m still waiting for the pharmacy that will be providing my Trimix to contact me per my doctor, so I’ve not injected myself yet. The injection the doctor gave was painless, really I didn’t even feel it. I was surprised at that. Well that’s my first experience with Trimix and just wanted to share it.

Not for sure if I understand your dosage.
What sort of markings/numbers are on the side of your syringe ?

The shot was administered by my doctor and I couldn’t actually see the syringe from his body positioning during the injection. The dose was 0.3

Yes, start at 0.1 and keep phenylephrine capsules handy in case of an over-four-hour erection. Guys usually take 100mg of this antidote.
The doctor can also give you phenylephrine solution to self-inject; that's usually faster.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

0.3ml is a crazy dose for a first time. I have been shooting Trimix for a decade and I'm only at about half that dose.
Start with 0.08 or 0.1 and titrate up or down from there as needed.

58yo in good shape looking at Coloplast Titan. Tri-Mix still works but is a drag.
